Robert Pressley Hudspeth Jr.

DENVER, N.C.—Robert Pressley Hudspeth Jr., age 82, of Denver, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Cameron Bryson officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Mr. Hudspeth was born October 9, 1944, in Hampton, Virginia, to the late Robert Pressley Hudspeth Sr. and Hazel Lucille Robinette Hudspeth. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert Hudspeth; sister, Brenda McArn; and companion, Joyce Ballew. Robert worked as a supervisor for Wikoff Ink Company.
He is survived by a daughter, Regina Gray (Benjamin) of Dallas; sister, Patti Honeycutt of China Grove; six grandchildren, Tya Sherrill, Dayton Gray, Brittany Leviner, Ashleigh Threatt, Kimberlee Gray, and Robbie Hudspeth; and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Mid-Atlantic Affiliate, Memorial Tribute and Processing Center, 4217 Park Place Court, Glenn Allen, VA 23060.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Hudspeth family.
