LINCOLNTON, N.C. – The community is encouraged to turn out in force Wednesday, November 11, for the 2026 Lincolnton Veterans Day Parade, beginning at 11 a.m. in downtown Lincolnton.
Our veterans have given so much in service to our country. Now it's our turn to show them their sacrifices have not been forgotten.
Bring your family, invite your friends, wave your American flags, and help fill the streets of downtown Lincolnton with grateful faces and patriotic pride. Let's make this year's parade one our veterans will remember!
Parade assembly and lineup begin at 10 a.m. on East Water Street, starting at Flint Street. Anyone wishing to march in honor of veterans is welcome to join the lineup.
The parade steps off at 11 a.m. from the intersection of East Main and Flint streets, proceeding along East Main Street to the Historic Lincoln County Courthouse.
A brief commemorative ceremony will follow immediately on the east side of Court Square at the courthouse.
The annual event is coordinated in partnership with the City of Lincolnton, Lincoln County Veterans Services, American Legion Post 30, VFW Post 1706, and other local organizations.
Let's give our veterans the hometown welcome and recognition they deserve. Line the streets, wave your flags, and show your appreciation for the brave men and women who have served our nation.
