CHERRYVILLE, N.C. - Ms. Cindy Shull Pruett, 67, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Hospice at Wendover in Shelby.
Cindy was born on December 18, 1954 in Lincoln County, daughter of the late M.L. Shull and Ruby Jean Bumgardner Shull. She formerly worked as an insurance agent for Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton and was also a flight attendant. Cindy was a member of Second Baptist Church in Cherryville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Shull.
Survivors include a son, Mark Pruett and wife Lindsey of Cherryville; two daughters, Shully Cloninger and husband Paul of N. Myrtle Beach, S.C., Lacey Pruett of Cherryville; seven grandchildren, Hunter, Landon, Bryson, Clara, Harrison, Maisy and Bailey; a sister, Nikki Howard Ramirez of N. Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two brothers Rick Shull of Shelby and Harold Howard Jr. of Anchorage, Alaska.
The family received friends from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Second Baptist Church in Cherryville with the Rev. Jerry Lail officiating.
Burial will follow in the City Memorial Cemetery in Cherryville.

Sad to see that my longtime friend has passed on. Cindy was a lovely lady who I treasured for many years. We both loved our yorkie fur babies. Condolences to her kids and family. Her fight with cancer is over and she is healed. Blessed be.
