CONOVER, N.C. - Cynthia Brown Huffman, 55, of Conover, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
She was born June 4, 1967 in Catawba County to Glenn Brown Jr. of Conover and to the late Lounez Mellon Brown. Cynthia was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Claremont and a 1985 graduate of Bunker Hill High School. She was employed as a nursing assistant with Frye Regional Medical Center.
Those left to cherish her memory is her husband of 10 years Lane Huffman of the home; son Christian Brown and wife Rachael of Conover; father Glenn Brown Jr. of Conover; brother Glenn Brown III and wife Misty of Conover; granddaughter Hayden Brown; and lifelong friend Cissie Baker.
A service to celebrate Cynthia’s life will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church in Conover. Rev. Eric Hollar and Rev. Morgan Lane will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church.
