LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Nellie Naomi Wilkinson McAlister, age 84, of the Reepsville Road in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2022, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nathan Grooms and Rev. Nathaniel Austin officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday prior to the service.
Mrs. McAlister was born October 28, 1937, in Lincoln County, to the late H.L. Wilkinson and Chloie Reel Wilkinson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Edward McAlister; son, John David McAlister; four brothers; and eight sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara McAlister of the home, Sandra Spencer and husband Doug of Maiden; sister, Edith Proctor of Newton; two grandchildren, Amanda Butler and Seth Seagle; and one great-grandson, Josh Burns.
