LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Larry Milton Hovis, age 76, of Lincolnton, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022.
Larry was born July 8, 1945, in Lincoln County, to the late Ray and Ruby Schrum Hovis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Hovis; sister, Geraline Reep; nephew, Duane Hovis; and niece, Donna Hovis Dew. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by a niece, Robin Moore (Carl) and family; nephew, Tim Reep (Sandy) and family; and lots of cousins, friends, and his Asbury United Methodist Church family.
No services are scheduled at this time.
