Those warm days at the end of February caused many trees to begin budding early this year. We hit 80° in February for the first time ever. But Spring hasn't officially begun--it arrives Monday (March 20th).
Before we welcome the new season, Winter is making one last appearance. The low temperature Sunday morning (March 19th) is expected to be 27° and Monday morning, 24° is predicted. For Tuesday, the first Spring morning of 2023, we're expecting 25°. After that, temperatures will begin to moderate.
The high Sunday will be in the upper 40s--possibly barely making it to 50°. Monday's high will be in the low 50s. Tuesday, it will warm to 60°, and for Wednesday morning, the low will be in the upper 30s. By Friday (March 24th) we may see 80° again.
