The East Lincoln boys & girls are both 5-0 and the North Lincoln boys are 3-0 following Wednesday night victories.

North Lincoln outscored Bunker Hill in every period in claiming a 53-42 win. Connor Carson had 12 points, Reed King & Kellan Karr 10 apiece in the victory. Ty Sanders scored 9, Ben Cipriano 6, Tanner Lineberger 4, and Iverson Snell 2.

The North Lincoln girls got their first win of the season 63-41. They are now 1-2.

The East Lincoln girls knocked Ashbrook's girls from the ranks of unbeaten teams, winning 67-29. East led 13-8 after the first period and 21-16 at halftime, but blew the game open in the second half, scoring 23 points in each of the third and fourth quarters. Now 5-0, East was led by Hailey McFadden, who had a double double with 21 points & 12 rebounds. She also had an assist and a blocked shot. Madison Self also had a double double with 10 points and 10 rebounds, plus a steal, 2 assists and a blocked shot. Kiara Anderson was also in double figures with 11 points; she had 5 steals, 5 assists, and a rebound. So was Madison Bissinger, who scored 9 points. Emma Montanari contributed 9 points; Taniyah Thomas and Kristen LeGrand each had 2.

In the boys game, East built a 33-14 halftime advantage enroute to a 65-35 victory, their fifth of the year. East has beaten Ashbrook five times in a row dating back to the 2004-2005 season. Palmer Crichton had 20 points and 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals. Jackson Fannon had a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Mason Simmons had 11 rebounds; he scored 4 points. Davis Hill scored 9, Houston Hartsell 7, and Nathan Kuthan and Jamison Frye each had 3.

The Lincolnton boys lost at Forestview Tuesday night 62-50. The Wolves are now 0-4 for the season. After trailing 25-19 at the half, LHS pulled to a four-point deficit at the end of the third period 37-33, but were outscored 25-17 in the fourth. No score was reported on the Lincolnton girls game.

The Maiden boys overcame a 29-25 halftime deficit to win their fourth without a loss at Patton 70-49. Jalen Robinson led the Blue Devils with 23 points hitting five of his six three-point shot attempts. He had 6 rebounds and three assists. Raheim Misher had 19 points, 9 rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots.  Chris Culliver scored 17 points, had eight rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots.  Ben Gibbs had 5 points, Landon  Teague 4, and Wesley Thompson 2.  The Maiden girls got their first win after three losses as they beat Patton 56-41. 

Bandys lost a pair of games at South Caldwell; the girls by a 40-27 score and the boys 65-48.
