"Progress marches on" as the old saying goes--but sometimes to the dismay of those who don't favor changes in their community. The Lincolnton City Council once again made a rezoning decision Thursday night (Nov. 3rd) on a 3-2 vote that favors what some would call progress against keeping things as they are.
