Commissioners Approve Budget; 49.9¢ Tax Rate
Lincoln County Commissioners held the required public hearing on the fiscal 2024 budget Monday night (June 5th); then approved it as written with very little public comment during the hearing and only one 'no' vote by a Commissioner.  The budget sets the tax rate this year at 49.9¢ per hundred dollars valuation.
