VALDESE, N.C. - Fred Allen Cline, 65, of Valdese, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center in Asheville.
He was born January 18, 1957 in Catawba County to the late Fred Augustus Cline and Katherine Bowman Cline. Fred was of the Christian faith, a United States Army veteran, and a retired mechanic. He was a people person and enjoyed visiting with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Dawn.
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife of 30 years Lisa Baines Cline; sons Anthony Cline and wife Christie of Hickory, Christopher Sigman of Hickory; daughter Ryleigh Hildebran of Vale; sister Debbie Derryberry of Yuma, Arizona; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate Fred’s life will be held at a later date.
