Crouse & Pleasant Grove UMC’s Holy Week Services, March 28-March 31: Holy Week iis a time when we gather together as a community of faith to journey with Jesus. All are invited, even encouraged, to celebrate and participate with us at Crouse and/or Pleasant Grove United Methodist Churches as we alternate of have services on the same day between each church. Boger City UMC Maundy Thursday Service, Thursday, March 28: Everyone is welcome to attend our Maundy Thursday Worship Service and Holy Communion, on Thursday, March 28 at Boger City United Methodist Church in the sanctuary at 7 p.m. Maundy Thursday is a tradition to help Christians to reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus and his commandment for us to love and serve others during the last supper. Boger City UMC Good Friday Worship Service, Friday, March 29: Everyone is welcome to attend.  On Friday, March 29, Boger City United Methodist Church has scheduled a Good Friday Worship in their sanctuary, located at 2320 East Main Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092 at 7 p.m.  Good Friday, the Friday before Easter, is the day on which Christians annually observe the commemoration of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Asbury MC Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, March 30: An Easter Egg Hunt will be held at Asbury Methodist Church, 3097 Asbury Church Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092 on Saturday, March 30 from 10-11 a.m.

Boger City UMC Easter Sunrise Service, Sunday, March 31: Everyone is welcome to attend. On Sunday, March 31, Boger City United Methodist Church has scheduled their Easter Sunrise Service for 7 a.m.  on the front lawn near their Bell Tower, located at 2320 East Main Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092. The purpose of Easter Sunrise Services is for people to gather early in the morning to worship our resurrected Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. According to the Holy Bible scriptures that Mary Magdalene and some of Jesus’ other female followers arrive at his tomb early on Sunday morning to learn from an Angel about he was in the Garden.

St. Luke’s Episcopal Easter Services, Sunday, March 31: St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 305 North Cedar St., Lincolnton, NC 28092 will have the following on Sunday, March 31 beginning with a Sunrise Service at 7 a.m., an Easter Breakfast in the Parish House at 8:30 a.m. followed by an Easter Egg Hunt at 9 a.m. The events will conclude with the Easter Sunday Service at 10 a.m. All are welcome! Bethel Baptist Community Breakfast, Saturday, April 6: Join us at Bethel Baptist Church, 200 Bethel Church Rd., Lincolnton, NC 28092 for our Community Breakfast (1st Saturday of every month 7 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.).
