LINCOLNTON, N.C. – Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives have located a teen runaway.

On April 20, 2024, deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 4300 block of Catawba-Burris Road, Denver, NC reference a teen that ran away from home.  The teen told her mother that she was going outside to play basketball.  The 14-year-old teen left the residence without anyone’s knowledge.

 She has been located and is safe.
