LINCOLNTON, N.C. - The Board of County Commissioners took the following action on Monday evening (April 15) concerning the April 2024 zoning cases and Special Use Permit final decisions.
ZONING CASES
ZMA #731 G & G Smiley Investments, LLC, applicant (Parcel ID# 29699) A request to rezone a 3.6-acre parcel from B-N (Neighborhood Business) and R-SF (Residential Single Family) to B-G (General Business). The property is located at 1578 S. N.C. 16 Business Hwy. in Catawba Springs Township.
